Yo! It’s been a while since my last post here on Tumblr. :)

Okay, so they said that the world’s going to end on December 21, 2012 according to the Mayan calendar which was proven to be false two days ago. And since the world really didn’t end that day, might as well have fun and celebrate this coming Christmas.

First off, my sister and I went to Brow Bar at SM Mall of Asia. The good thing about my sister is that we almost have the same hype for food, fashion, and “kakikayan” (the only difference is that hers is much more exaggerated). She promised me before that she’ll pay for my brows to get fixed and that day she fulfilled it. Thanks ate! You’re the best! There we met Ms. Analyn who shaped my eyebrows. I was nervous at first since it’s my first time to do something “kikay” for myself aside from applying make-ups. But Ms. Analyn assured me that it will go well. The staff there are really cool, they were really friendly so the nervousness easily left me.

My brows turned out well and I’m really loving it! It looks so natural. :) We also went to Watsons to buy other beauty products. Then I accompanied my sister to Globe to apply for the Blackberry plan that she wanted ever since.

After those “kikay” moments, we bought tickets to watch The Hobbit. While waiting, we decided to have dinner at the Pepper Lunch. I swear, it serves one of the most delicious sizzling food ever.

I ordered Beef Pepper Rice.

My sister ordered Curry Rice with Chicken and Mushroom.

For dessert, we indulged ourselves with ice cream! Mine’s matcha green tea, while my sister’s choco nuts.

And for the best part of the day, we watched The Hobbit. It was indeed a great movie! Though I haven’t read or watched any of the Lord of the Rings franchise, I still enjoyed it. It was so funny and the effects are sooo good! My favorite part of the movie was when Gollum and Bilbo Baggins try to outwit with each other using the game of riddles.

As much as I would love to watch the I survived the end of the world concert, this was still indeed a great way to celebrate another survival.
